Planning granted for extensive upgrades and extension at our new West Coast project.

The project involves an external insulate wrap with timber cladding to the existing bungalow alongside a new bedroom wing looking out towards the sea. Internal opening up works will bring light and views into the heart of the home for the family to enjoy the stunning views year-round.

The permission also involves a new air source heat pump to replace the existing oil boiler.
