We’re delighted to be starting on site with our latest project in East Lothian, working with a unique Listed Building that has a history of drastic alterations. Alongside thermal improvements to existing spaces using natural materials, and rationalising previous alterations to create warm and usable spaces, the works will include the construction of a new porch and guesthouse arranged around an intimate garden courtyard with covered walkway and a new garden wall. 

These new elements will tie together with a shared language of black zinc, larch, and stone, to provide a sensitive and contemporary sequence of spaces sitting calmly alongside the historic 17th century property.
