Seaview House

This project saw the extensive retrofit of a seafront terraced house situated on the fringes of Edinburgh.

The design introduced energy saving upgrades that, alongside a full renovation, improved and modernised the property. A key intervention included the addition of a large opening that faces out to sea. Working with Edinburgh Contractor to realise this design, the opening now draws daylight into the interior while offering clear views of the coast. 

A new kitchen by deVOL Kitchens perfectly compliments the natural serene palette of the Scottish seas, creating a seamless transistion between the exterior views and interior design. Fitted with bespoke joinery, the space is now maximised to reach the house's full potential.
