Stuart joined Helen Lucas Architects in 2023, drawn by the practice’s reputation for beautifully crafted design and attention to detail.

He studied at the University of Edinburgh and Edinburgh College of Art, qualifying as an Architect in 2018. Before joining HLA, Stuart worked with Edinburgh-based practices on high-end domestic and commercial projects across Scotland. He has experience working across all architectural work stages, from concept design through to detailing and construction, as well as in Project Management and Construction Management.

Stuart enjoys working closely with clients to turn their ideas into reality, combining clear communication with a careful eye for detail.
