RIAS Conservation Accredited

Ros became a Director in 2020, having joined Helen Lucas Architects in 2008. She continues to lead key projects while overseeing the practice’s conservation approach, bringing a thoughtful and strategic perspective to the care, upgrade, and revival of existing buildings.

In 2024, Ros became RIAS Conservation Accredited, an important recognition of the expertise and judgement she brings to work involving historic buildings. As a Director, Ros plays an important role in the shaping of projects across the practice, offering both design direction and specialist conservation advice from early stages through to completion on site.

Ros’ work is grounded in a deep understanding of existing fabric, maintaining a calm and dynamic approach to design, combined with the creativity needed to successfully integrate contemporary interventions and deliver high-quality, beautiful buildings.
