Urban Angel 2

In 2008, Urban Angel expanded to open a second restaurant in A-listed ground and basement premises on Forth Street.

This time a complete overhaul was required including re-wiring and re-plumbing throughout. The ground floor was stripped out and opened up from front to back and the original windows reinstated in the basement dining area.

Locally sourced and environmentally sound materials were used wherever possible, including shelving made from locally grown oak, linoleum and oak flooring, and ecological paint throughout.

The purpose made shelving and Corian counter were provided by local furniture designer/makers Paul Kerlaff and Bodan.
